All orders are custom packaged with special care to ensure the quality and safety of your purchase. Once receiving your payment, we will send your order confirmation via e-mail. Made to order’ items will be produced after your payment and will be ready to ship within up to 2-3 weeks as stated on the product detail section. For domestic orders, our delivery takes 2-3 business days. For international orders, our delivery takes 4-5 business days. Please note that certain pieces may have different shipment processes and times, and all shipment times specified are estimates only. Uptown Laila is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be assessed on international shipments.
